How  to apply  for  studies:

Please  submit the following   documentation to RISEBA  Admissions:

• Completed  Application (click to download)
• A copy of your education certificate or diploma. The original document or a notary attested copy should be also produced.
• A copy of your passport or national ID
• A  copy of the Central Examination certificate (for  Latvian nationals only)
• photos (3cm x4 cm)
• confirmation of payment of non-refundable registration fee Ls 20/ EUR 35

How  international  students   from  EU/EEA countries   apply  for studies:

Please  send    the  following documents to RISEBA Admissions  Office  at 
postal address:  RISEBA, Meza iela 3, Riga, LV-1048, Latvia

• copies  of the  following documents:
• Education/ Degree Certificate or  Diploma + transcript of records (get your certificate of education translated into English  if it is in other than English/German/ French  or Russian languages) .
• ID or passport
• 1 photo  (4 photos if sent  by mail)
• English language proficiency  certificate  (IELTS, TOEFL or  equivalent)

Please  note  that we require  an  official  academic recognition of  foreign educational certificate/ degree in Latvia  and we will send your  degree  certificate  to  the Latvian  Academic Recognition Centre (www.aic.lv) for verification.  It might   cause  delays in processing your application so  early applications are highly encouraged.

Upon receipt  of the  academic recognition  statement  from  the agency, our admissions  office  will   either  send   you   a Letter of Acceptance  or   will  request   additional  information  if needed.

Upon  receipt  of the Letter of Acceptance,  you  need to pay the tuition fee   for at least  two months  of studies  (the  exact amount and  bank details  will be stated in the Letter of Acceptance)  and  a  non- refundable registration fee (35 EUR)

Upon arrival to Riga, you need to come to RISBEA’s  admissions  office and present     originals   of  the    Education   or  Degree Certificate/ Diploma and  the transcript  of record.   At this point you will sign an Education Service Provision Contract with RISEBA.

Apply for a residence permit after coming to Latvia.
