Business Psychology

The two proposed programmes (academic and professional) provide an opportunity to combine  knowledge  of economic processes and needs of organizations with the knowledge of the psychological characteristics of personality development that takes place in the professional sector.

Graduates can work at the business sector and  career centres as consultants, in HR departments as personnel management specialists; they will be able to develop and update   personnel management strategies, training and development strategy, personnel management procedures for staff evaluation, planning and selection, to solve conflicts effectively.
