Dr. Ichak Adizes visits RISEBA and signs a cooperation agreement
On 31 May of this year, the RISEBA University was visited by a world-famous business development and change management expert and the RISEBA University Honorary Professor Ichak Adizes.
Interested parties had an opportunity to visit a guest lecture „Managing change constructively: essence of the Adizes methodology” of the influential Dr. Ichak Adizes and learn about internationally recognized Adizes methodology. It is recognized as an effective tool, helping to optimize and increase operational efficiency of various companies in the changing economic conditions.
The RISEBA University also highly values the outstanding contribution of Dr. Ichak Adizes in the development of business science and management, confirming importance of human values in business and for his intelligent and influential business development models. The RISEBA University Honorary Professor degree Honorius Causa was awarded to the Doctor in 2009 for his valuable work, confirming desire of RISEBA to support his ideas in academic, scientific and social efforts for a better world.
In order to strengthen RISEBA support to convictions, ideas and his approach in the world economy analysis, a cooperation agreement was signed on 31 May between the RISEBA University and Adizes Graduate School (AGS). AGS in the scope of the agreement undertakes to ensure access to his methodology and academic materials and confirms their use in the RISEBA study process.
