OPPORTUNITY TO GET THE QUALIFICATION OF A REAL ESTATE MANAGER REQUIRED BY LAW

The RISEBA Career Development Centre in cooperation with the Real Estate Management Association offers to the representatives of apartment owners associations and apartment owners cooperatives to study according to the professional further education program and to get the qualification of a real estate manager required by the law of Latvia, which is equivalent to the 3rd professional qualification level.

Pursuant to the requirements of the Residential Property Management Law of the Republic of Latvia – if the residential house exceeds 1500 m2, then in order to manage it, its manager needs professional education proven by at least a third professional qualification level document. The law sets out that, beginning from 1 January 2012, all managers shall be registered in the Register of Managers. Pursuant to the requirements of the Cabinet Regulations No. 343 Residential Real Estate Managers Registration and Updating Regulations, it is possible to be registered in that register only showing relevant education document.

The course of study will start on the 5th of December, and will last 6 months. Lectures will be on Wednesdays from 6 – 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. Full price is 500 LVL (or 84 LVL per month). If registering before the 17th of November, you will be granted a 20% discount, and your full price will be 400 LVL (or 67 LVL per month).
