On the 20th of October, at the meeting of the council, John Robert Dobson (Great Britain) was elected among professors of higher schools as an associated professor of RISEBA.

J. R. Dobson has been instructing and supervising scientific projects in the sphere of labor relations and human resources management for more than 20 years.

On the 20th of October the RISEBA students, teaching staff and other interested persons had an opportunity to attend the professor’s lecture Human Management: Critical Review of Theory and Practice for 35 Years. It provided a survey of development of the human management theory and practice for the past 35 years, beginning from discussions of the types of organizations and their influence on the human resources management.
