PUBLIC LECTURE "UNORTHODOX 3D TRAINING AND LATEST GLOBAL TRENDS"

RISEBA invites you to the open lecture "Unbearable Lightness of Virtual. Unorthodox 3D Training and Latest Global Trends” by Prof. Zilvinas Lilas on December 15th, at 12:00, at RISEBA Architecture and Media Centre H2O 6, Ūdens iela 6, room 206u.

In his lecture Prof. Z. Lilas will look at strategies of teaching and producing 3D content in rapidly changing social and cultural milieu. He will present his experience as animator and visual effects creator with a significant track record in such companies as Disney, Metrolight, Oddworld, UPN and more. He will also discuss the future trends in animation and games industries and present, in his opinion, relevant teaching strategies within emergence of "cultural industries".

Zilvinas Lilas currently is professor at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne.
