RISEBA again receives Family-Friendly Enterprise status

This year RISEBA school is again among 38 companies that have been awarded the status of Family-Friendly Enterprise by the Ministry of Welfare.

On 13 June of this year, within the framework of "Responsible Business Week", an annual Sustainability Ideas Conference "Responsible Ideas Market 2018" was held, during which the specialists of the most responsible companies of Latvia shared their experiences and inspirational stories. An inspiration for your company's activities could be gathered from "Swedbank Latvia", "Latvijas Dzelzceļš", "Latvenergo", "Latvijas Zaļais punkts", and other company representatives.

During the event, Minister of Welfare of the Republic of Latvia Jānis Reirs awarded companies which received Family-Friendly Enterprise status this year. The university RISEBA is one of the 38 companies that received the award.

From 2014, the status of a Family-Friendly Enterprise can be obtained for one year by completing a full assessment of the Sustainability Index criteria. Family-Friendly Enterprise status is given with the aim of promoting the strengthening of family values in society and improving the family-friendly living and working environment.

Since 2014 the "Responsible Business Week" initiative has been organized by the Society for Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility (InCSR). More: www.incsr.eu
