Yiannis E. Polychronakis is currently a Senior Lecturer in Logistics and Project Management based in Salford Business School at the University of Salford, Manchester, UK. At age 21 and while still in undergraduate university James co-founded a software company. Over the next 20 years he had a wide variety of in-depth experiences in both management and technology working with his company.
Dr. Bowen has been interviewed on the internet, radio, magazine, T.V. and newspaper. He has given presentations or seminars on technology and business insights. He was the sole author of two books discussing the creation and growth of high-tech product companies. He recently published his third book “The Entrepreneurial Effect” which is the beginning of a series of books that will draw upon his wide network of entrepreneurs in a collaborative approach and focus on publishing lessons learned from entrepreneurs and investors. The second in the series is underway.
He is associated with 6 universities including 2 in Europe where he teaches MBAs technology, entrepreneurship and strategy. His volunteer work includes being a member of the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance’s (CATA) governing council and the initiator and leader of CATA’s Action Committee on Entrepreneurship and the City of Ottawa’s technology industry development agency’s (OCRI) Innovation Leadership Team. He wrote, for three years, the monthly theme article discussing the technology industry and its management issues for Ottawa’s technology industry newspaper NationalCapitalScan.
He is active with technology companies and investors and regularly provides advice to technology companies. He is currently focused on start-ups/consortiums to bring together people, opportunities, investment, markets and technology to accelerate the growth of technology companies.

Mr. Andrew Gareleck is a native of the New York State. He has much experience assisting corporations and individuals in the areas of U.S. corporate, commercial, and immigration law.
He is a member of the New York State Bar. Prior to joining LexTech Associates, Mr. Gareleck worked in New York City for a prominent mid-town Manhattan law firm and in Lyon, France, for a law firm directed by a member of European Parliament. He subsequently spent three years, from 1996-99, leading the U.S. Desk of Ernst & Young's French law practice.
Mr. Gareleck regularly advises clients on business development and strategies for entering the U.S. market. He has assisted clients with the creation of corporations and limited liability companies (LLC) including foreign-owned subsidiaries and joint venture companies. Business entities formed by Mr. Gareleck can be found throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Gareleck also has extensive experience negotiating and drafting of various types of contracts including license, distribution, merger, and cession agreements. Among his clients are the Presidents, Senior Managers, and employees of some of the world's largest multinational corporations.
His expertise was the subject of a French national newspaper article that appeared in the Le Figaro on September 22, 1997, entitled "Etats-Unis: l'école de la motivation". As from 2005 Patrick Sassmannshausen is the Managing Director of the Entrepreneurship Research Department at Schumpeter School of Business and Economics.
He successfully leads a growth process for this institute, which started out with two researchers and today has approx. 20 positions in research, teaching and start-up support. Besides own research projects and teaching obligations, his managerial responsibilities include research funding, designing and advising research projects, organizing start-up support and fostering academic spin-offs. Summer 2007 he visited Harvard Business School where he participated in a program on entrepreneurship education. During 2008 he was a Visiting Professor at Thunderbird School of Global Management. He holds Visiting Faculty Positions in Austria and Poland.

Irina Sennikova is Rector of Riga International School of Economics and Business (RISEBA). She holds an MA degree in English philology from the University of Latvia, MBA and MSc in Management from IEDC-Bled School of Management (Slovenia), and PhD from Kozminski University (Poland).
Apart from her administrative responsibilities, she teaches courses in management, leadership and organizational behavior at RISEBA. She also is a visiting lecturer at the Baltic Defense College (Estonia). Her research interests lie mainly in the area of intellectual entrepreneurship and enrtrepreneurial leadership.
Irina Sennikova is a member of Latvian State Scientific Qualification Commiteee. Juris Ulmanis is a founding partner of Experiential Simulations, a Canadian start-up established to revolutionize education through the use of experiential learning and gamification. Dr. Ulmanis spent 18 years with Motorola in various leadership and business development positions in the US and Europe. He has spent the last 10 years teaching entrepreneurship, marketing and international business in Bachelor, MBA, and EMBA programs at universities in Europe and regularly trains and consults regional businesses in intrapreneurship, marketing, sales, trust-building, negotiations and leadership. He is a serial entrepreneur, having begun in his teens with a helium balloon business, and during the last 19 years has launched seven start-ups in the Baltics, alone. Receiving his PhD in Management, Juris designed and created the StartUp Lab at Riga Business School, a hands-on class for select students, striving to become entrepreneurs. He has reviewed over a hundred business plans and is an active participant in EFER (European Foundation for Entrepreneurial Research). Being a sought-after speaker and media commentator on entrepreneurship, business, and management issues, Juris is also a mountaineer and polar explorer, having written two books on his experiences and insights. Juris is Vice-Chairman of the European Scout Foundation, based in Geneva, on the Advisory Board of Latvian Foster Family Society, and a Board member of the NATO support group, the Latvian Transatlantic Organization (LATO). He was also a founding Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Latvia. Juris is a recipient of the Three-Star Order, the highest Latvian national civil award, presented by the President of the Republic of Latvia.
