RISEBA University and teams of experts from Iceland, France, Germany, Finland, the United Kingdom and Italy have created and will develop the EU strategic partnership project, within the framework of which the exchange of experience and a joint training program for unemployed groups under the age of 30 and over 50 will be promoted.

The aim of the project is to allow two generations not only to learn together, but also to teach each other, as each generation has its own strengths and weaknesses.

The Intergen project has entered its final phase with a diverse and extensive range of available materials, records and research. Training tools to build a "bridge" between two generational groups, namely under 30 and over 50.

Being together, synergy, cooperation, exchange of experience, encouragement, competence and skill development is the main goal of the project, helping both target groups to find a way and professional and personal development.

During the project, four sections of results have been prepared, which will soon reach the target audience of the project.

The prepared materials were tested among teachers in partner organizations in Italy, Finland, Iceland, France, the United Kingdom and Latvia, and improved several times, taking into account the recommendations of partner experts.

This year in November, all partner countries plan to invite external experts who can evaluate the prepared materials and give their opinion.

The purpose of the presentations is to explain what elements of the methodology can be used in the work of institutions and instructors, enriching the range of material approaches and methods, working with such different, but still similar target audiences.
