Programme description

Programme aim is to deepen and expand professionals’ knowledge about contemporary organization management issues, and prepare innovative and socially responsible leaders for successful managerial careers in international and emerging markets.

The programme is designed for middle and upper-level managers, start-up/growing company’s owners from different business areas. 

The programme is delivered in a modular format meeting once a month for four consecutive days, thus allowing combining work and studies.

The programme is designed in accordance with AMBA criteria and comprises of six modules on latest trends on the global market, leadership and personal development, financial management, contemporary company management aspects, company strategic development and expansion to emerging markets and globally.

Degree awarded: Master of Business Administration

Study length: 2 years

Study form: Full-time studies, students meet once a month for 4 consecutive days

Study language: English

Target audience: Middle and upper-level managers, Business  owners, Start-up and growing companies’ managers

International opportunities:      One module delivered in Shanghai, China (7-10 days)

Entry requirements: Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to a Latvian Bachelor degree)

Minimum 3 - 5 years of managerial experience

Solid proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5 band score or a TOEFL score of 575 or above, or another equivalent certificate)

CV in English and motivation letter

 All eligible candidates will be invited for an interview with programme management team

Programme will start in October 2019

Tuition fee:  25 000 EUR per programme

(Fee covers application and selection process, tuition fee, study materials and access to online data bases, catering during lectures, international module (except transportation costs))
