Human Resource Management
Human Resource Management is an executive programme that places an in-depth emphasis on the business context of HRM and leadership by focusing on the organisational and strategic issues influencing HR decisions. It introduces students to the academic disciplines that underlie the effective management of an organisation's human resources, ensures practical application of theoretical knowledge, trains intelligent and qualified specialists for successful careers in both the private and public sector.
