International Finance
The programme provides knowledge on finance and banking, as well as the nowadays’ changing environment of economy and business. The programme is intended to provide general knowledge on international environment by offering study courses of International Strategic Management, International Project Management, Information Technologies and Risks, Leadership, Innovation and Creativity, Cultural Negotiations, Business Meets Arts, etc. Specialised courses in Finance include on Management Accounting and Analysis, Corporate Finance, Investments, Financial Econometrics, Portfolio Management and Wealth Planning. The courses are designed to prepare the students for the CFA exam requirements.

International opportunities
Erasmus+ study mobility
* Any full-time student of the Master's programme in International Finance who has completed at least one year of study can go to the Erasmus+ exchange programme.
* A student can go to study for 1 or 2 semesters at one of the RISEBA partner universities. The duration of study mobility is 2-12 months.
* The student does not have to pay for the period spent in the study and practice exchange programme abroad, the tuition fee is covered by the partner university, but the student continues to pay the RISEBA tuition fee. For the period spent abroad during the mobility, the student is awarded an Erasmus+ scholarship to cover transport and accommodation costs.
* Erasmus+ Internship Mobility means that a student can do an internship in one of the companies they are interested in in one of the Erasmus+ programme countries. The student receives an Erasmus+ scholarship for this internship period. The duration of the internship mobility is 2-12 months.

Double degree exchange programme
Students in the International Finance programme have the opportunity to participate in a double degree exchange programme. A student can spend 1 semester or a year at a partner university (depending on the programme and the partner university), develop and defend a master's thesis and receive a degree from a partner university. When the student returns to Latvia, he will defend his master's thesis at RISEBA and will also receive a degree in Latvia. A student will receive an Erasmus+ scholarship to attend a double degree exchange programme.
Students in the Public Relations and Advertising Management programme can apply for a double degree at our partner university KEDGE Business School (France).
