Raitis Keselis – LOK, head of legal service

"Although it is difficult to judge its true effectiveness before starting the delivery of the programme, from the point of view of my experience, the programme contains all the most essential elements of sports management, which, if properly acquired, will allow the graduates to succeed in the future. There are really strong players in the team of lecturers, but it will be up to you to conquer the next peaks."

Agita Ābele – president of the Latvian University Sports Federation, professor

“I recommend studying in this programme, because movements and sports are an essential and integral part of a socially active and responsible personality. In our society, knowledge and competences are becoming more and more important every year, both for the possibilities of creating a balance of one's physical fitness and intellectual performance, and also for the management of the active and healthy life of the whole society.”

Sports has become one of the biggest businesses in the world: with the largest number of consumers and the best-earning producers – athletes. And this business needs professional management, which can be acquired at the RISEBA university!

Edgars Šneps – member of the board of the Latvian Basketball Association

The importance of sports, an active lifestyle and preventive health in society is growing and will continue to grow. In order to manage and develop this industry, we will need quality managers, whose deficit we already feel today. RISEBA's new programme is a long-awaited measure to reduce this deficit.
