Iveta Ludviga earned a doctorate degree in Business Management programme at RISEBA. Her doctorate thesis was dedicated to intercultural business strategy and identification of business opportunities.
She is a former entrepreneur and has a many years’ experience in enterprise establishment and management. She used to work as a business consultant in an international company. She is a member and mentor of NGO “Līdere”. She has more than 6 years’ experience as a programme director and a head of academic department.
Her research interests include: intercultural business, strategy, entrepreneurship. She is the author of several
academic papers published in international periodicals.

He has consulted public and private sector of organizations and he led more then 10years executive finance functions within Latvian and International companies. He is now Board Member of SIA Sinergija, Management Consultants.
Andrej’s expertise lies in corporate strategy development and implementation, corporate financial management, business valuation and project management. He worked as a trainer of Strategic Management Training of Latvian Business School,
ANS Training Centre, Rigas Menedžeru Skola, as a trainer of Financial Management Training of GrossBuh Invest and Latvikon (AFW, PMI). He is now a trainer of Project Management program of AFW Academy of Bad Harzbug, Germany, he posses Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate in good standing and he is a trainer of PMP Prep course of PMI, USA.
He started his teaching career as a lector of Strategic Management program of RISEBA in 1994.

For 12 years she has actively worked in Enterprise Europe Network, promoting innovation in Latvian entrepreneurship community and promoting cooperation of research and industry internationally. In international project activities she has been working with different innovation target groups – researchers, entrepreneurs, educators , and doing research on innovative entrepreneurship development, innovation support and innovation policy in Latvia. I the Framework of EC Life Long Learning program Leonardo da Vinci program G.Lapina has coordinated a project and developed distance learning courses.

Ilmars Kreituss graduated from the University of Latvia and earned a doctorate degree in physical chemistry. Ilmars Kreituss worked as associated professor at the University of Latvia and enhanced his knowledge working at the Notre Dame University in the United States. Later he turned to banking and financial sphere. He holds a professional banker’s certificate from The Chartered Institute of Bankers in London. After 15 years of working in the executive position in banking and finances, Ilmars Kreituss returned to the field of education. He started working at BA School of Business and Finance and at RISEBA in 2010.
His research interests lie in the fields of banking, venture capitals and other financial institutions, as well as enterprise financing and innovation issues.

Solveiga Blumberga works as an associate professor at RISEBA and RTU. She has previously worked as a lecturer at Riga Stradiņš University, RTTEMA, Ventspils High School, Latvian Maritime Academy, and International Higher School of Practical Psychology and deepened her knowledge in group psychotherapy in Lithuania, where she qualified as a group therapist.
She did her internship in Stockholm University and Saint Petersburg State University, held guest lectures within the framework of Erasmus Programme “Staff Mobility – Teaching Assignment” in Katholieke Hogeschool Zuid-West-Vlaanderen in Kortijk, Belgium, and in Leonardo Da Vinci University in Paris, France.
Her research interests include leadership and authority, research of psychological measures of successful entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility.

Agita Kalvina has 15 years’ experience in organisation development, strategic management, change management projects, as well as experience in strategic human resource management in international environment since 2001.
She acts as a consultant and expert in following fields: strategic management, change management, rationalisation of business processes, performance management (planning and evaluation), salary management and competency management systems in public and private sector organisations. She holds workshops on change management, leadership, performance planning and evaluation, salary management and competency approach to human resource management for executives and workers.

Tatjana Vasiļjeva earned a doctorate degree in the field of application of mathematical calculation methods in economics; worked for State Plan Research Institute. She’s been working as an IT executive in leading Latvian banks since 1991. She holds a “Latvian Bank Specialist Diploma” issued by Association Commercial Banks of Latvia and Institute of Financial Services (UK); a “Quality Systems Manager” diploma issued by Latvian Society for Quality.
She began working for RISEBA in October 2011.
T. Vasiljeva’s research interests lie in the fields of IT and information system management, IT application aspects in banks and financial institutions, software development management. She was chosen as an alternate member from Latvia of European Commission’s Information and Communications Technology Standardization platform.
