RISEBA Career Day 2019 was successfully held on 9 April!
On 9 April happened the RISEBA University of Applied Sciences Career Day 2019. It gathered more than 40 companies and organizations that offered internship and job vacancies to all visitors and also informed about various other career development opportunities. The event at RISEBA Architecture and Media Center H2O 6 in the Aisteres Hall was attended by more than 600 visitors - students from different higher education institutions, secondary school pupils and other interested persons.
RISEBA Career Day 2019 visitors could not only find out about internships, work and other career opportunities at the event, but also take part in “Speed dating with Career” – fast interviews with 15 company members, listen to 6 podcasts, enjoy musical surprises from band “Dziļi violets”, DJ24k and RISEBA student Reiks, as well learn silk screening technique in a creative workshop. April 9 also hosted 2 guest lectures and marketing seminar with guest lecturer Bartolomeo Rafael Bialas from the USA. There were countless competitions, awards from organizations, special prizes from Lux Express and a big prize - 200 EUR tuition fee discount from RISEBA, all with a lot of positive emotions!
During the months of April and May, RISEBA Career Days 2019 will continue, everyone will have the opportunity to attend career development activities free of charge and meet industry representatives, companies, and hear up-to-date information.
