Ivars Godmanis, is a Latvian politician, from 2009 - 2013 member of the European Parliament.
I.Godmanis was the first Prime Minister of Latvia after the restoration of the Latvian independence (from 1990 until 1993) as well as from 2007 until 2009.
In 1995 Godmanis was awarded the Order of the Three Stars and later appointed as the Finance Minister and the Minister of the Interior in 2006.
I.Godmanis is also known as the president of JSC "Latvian Krajbanka" and vice president of JSC "SWH Riga".

Irina Sennikova holds an MA degree in English Philology from the University of Latvia, MBA and MSc in Management from IEDC-Bled School of Management (Slovenia), and Ph.D. from Kozminski University (Poland).
Apart from her administrative responsibilities, she teaches courses in management, leadership and organizational behavior at RISEBA. She also is a visiting lecturer at the Baltic Defense College (Estonia). Her research interests lie mainly in the area of intellectual entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial leadership.
Irina Sennikova is a member of Latvian State Scientific Qualification Committee. She has been a founding member of International Entrepreneurship Forum (IEF) and is a Senior Enterprise Fellow at University of Essex, School of Entrepreneurship and Business, UK. She is a Chair of the EQUAL board and a member of CEEMAN Board and CEEMAN Accreditation Committee.

Prof. Dr Sean Patrick Sassmannshausen is Full Professor for Business Studies and Entrepreneurship at the Technical University of Regensburg. He is head of the start-up center at his university. Besides research and teaching his responsibilities include organizing start-up support and fostering academic spin-offs. In summer 2007 he visited Harvard Business School where he participated in a program on entrepreneurship education. During 2008 he was a Visiting Professor at Thunderbird School of Global Management. From 2013 to 2014 he was Visiting Professor for Entrepreneurship at Aarhus University (Denmark) and Professor at interim for SME Management, Family Business, and Entrepreneurship at the University of Siegen, Germany. Before this, he was Managing Director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Schumpeter School of Business and Economics at University of Wuppertal, Germany. He holds Visiting Faculty Positions in Austria and Poland.

Sassmannshausen is a member of the Academy of Management (Entrepreneurship Division, Business Policy Division, International Management Division and Business History Division), the International Council of Small Business and the European Council of Small Business, EFER (European Foundation of Entrepreneurship Research), and the German FGF (Förderkreis Gründungsforschung). He is a reviewer for several international academic journals and conferences. He is counseling start-ups, small and medium enterprises and family businesses.

Professional experience: Research Director at TIGER (Transformation, Integration and Globalization Economic Research – www.tiger.edu.pl) – research center which operates within Kozminski University (KU) in Warsaw. He holds Ph.D. in economics and he is lecturer (economics, economic policy, public finance) at KU. He was also involved in practical aspects of economic policy – in 2002 and 2003 worked as an Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, and was a member of the team responsible for public finance reform.
Dr Jacek Tomkiewicz spent time in a foreign research institution like OECD (France), University of Brighton (UK) and Hoover Institution at Stanford University (USA).

Andrej’s expertise lies in corporate strategy development and implementation, corporate financial management, business valuation and project management. He worked as a trainer of Strategic Management Training of Latvian Business School,
ANS Training Centre, Rigas Menedžeru Skola, as a trainer of Financial Management Training of GrossBuh Invest and Latvikon (AFW, PMI). He is now a trainer of Project Management program of AFW Academy of Bad Harzbug, Germany, he possesses Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate in good standing and he is a trainer of PMP Prep course of PMI, USA.
He started his teaching career as a lector of Strategic Management program of RISEBA in 1994.

Mr. Andrew Gareleck is a native of the New York State. He has much experience assisting corporations and individuals in the areas of U.S. corporate, commercial, and immigration law.
He is a member of the New York State Bar. Prior to joining LexTech Associates, Mr. Gareleck worked in New York City for a prominent mid-town Manhattan law firm and in Lyon, France, for a law firm directed by a member of European Parliament. He subsequently spent three years, from 1996-99, leading the U.S. Desk of Ernst & Young's French law practice.
Mr. Gareleck regularly advises clients on business development and strategies for entering the U.S. market. He has assisted clients with the creation of corporations and limited liability companies (LLC) including foreign-owned subsidiaries and joint-venture companies. Business entities formed by Mr. Gareleck can be found throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia.
